Due to the high altitude, the climate is mild even in the hottest period of the summer season.

The strategic location of the villa allows guests to easily reach the tourist places in the area:
Taormina is only 25 km (takes about 15 minutes by accessing the highway), Catania is 35 km (takes about 20 minutes).
Fondachello is the nearest beach to the villa and is only 7 km.

There are numerous tourist attractions within a short time in the section between Taormina and Catania:
The beautiful island (20 km), the castle of Calatabiano (10km), Giardini Naxos (15 km), Alcantara Gorges (15 km), Port of Etna (8 km), Mount Etna (Rifugio Sapienza at 30 km), Acicastello, Acitrezza and many others.
