TERMS OF SERVICE - TOS – SICILY RUN CARD Last updated: December 2025

1. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE Sicily Run Card (hereinafter "the Provider"), with its registered office at 8 Fawn Drive, Aldershot, GU12 4FW, UK, issues a tourist discount card that allows the holder to access benefits at affiliated partner establishments. The purchase or subscription of the card implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Age: The service is reserved for individuals aged 16 or over. For those under 16, registration must be completed and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Account: The user agrees to provide true and accurate personal data (First Name, Last Name, Email). The use of false identities constitutes a breach of contract.

3. USE OF THE CARD AND ONLINE SERVICES
Validity: The card is strictly personal and non-transferable. It expires on December 31st of each year.
Website and App: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sicily Run Card is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Geolocation: Certain features (e.g., nearby discounts) require the activation of geolocation services (GPS/Bluetooth). Activation is optional and can be managed via the device settings.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Affiliated Partners: Sicily Run Card acts as an intermediary for accessing discounts. It is not responsible for the quality of services, the failure of a partner to apply a discount, or any disputes between the member and the third-party merchant.
Service Availability: While we guarantee the use of secure technologies (SSL), we cannot guarantee the total absence of technical interruptions to the website or the app.

5. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection regulations, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the service has not yet been used.
Termination: The user may request the cancellation of their profile at any time by sending an email to card@sicilyrun.it. Cancellation results in the immediate deactivation of the card and all associated benefits.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content present on the website, the app, and the card (logos, text, graphics) is the exclusive property of Sicily Run Card and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION This contract is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK) and, where applicable to consumers residing in the EU, by European regulations. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Provider's registered office is located or the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, where required by mandatory law.
