WHERE TO ENJOY EVERY NIGHT CHEESE HOT Ragusa ( EATS LIKE OUR AVI) br The farm is a working farm , as well as a farm, a family-run working in the field since 1980. The company is located on the Sp 25 a few miles from the resort town of Marina di Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla Baroque .
The experience , the recipes handed down from generation to generation , the passion for the art of cheese making and the culinary tradition of Ragusa are the hallmarks of our company , courtesy , hospitality and quality are our main goals .
On site we transform the milk from our own cattle , to produce cheese and dairy products of excellent quality: warm ricotta , milk cheese , cheese of different ages , peppered and salted ricotta cheese .
You can also buy our products , as well as directly in the company , even contacting us via e -mail ( la.masseria @ virgilio.it) or by phone , in fact vacuum products are dispatched throughout the Italian territory.
Please note that :
 Every night at 21 you can eat the traditional warm ricotta accompanied by good house bread , cheeses, olives and local wine for only 5 € / person ( dinner only ) , or 10 -course tasting the typical cost of 12 €
